Lectio Divina is a way of praying with Scripture. It is a means of listening to the word of God in Scripture and it is a traditional way of cultivating friendship with Christ.

During this introduction participants will have the opportunity to learn and to practice this ancient form of prayer.

This one-day Lectio Divina introduction presented via Zoom by Cathy Mann Christiansen (NCO) and Tim Goldman (Iowa CO) is reinforced and expanded through follow-up sessions for each of the next six weeks following the introduction. Specific days and times will be determined by the group during the introductory session.
