Centering Prayer is a response to the invitation “Be still and know that I am God.” (Psalm 46:10) and based on Matthew 6:6. It is a way to give our consent to the presence and transforming grace of the Divine in silence beyond thoughts, words and emotions.
CENTERING PRAYER is a Christian meditation method that helps us let go of the busy, become less attached to our thoughts and expectations, and most importantly – say YES to God’s presence and action in our life. Simple- yes, Easy- no.
