Participants are recommended to have an established Centering Prayer practice and have attended a weekend silent retreat before committing to a silent retreat of this duration.

Private room, all meals and programing are included. Group centering prayer each day as well as time for silent reflection and solitude. Spiritual direction check-ins will also be offered during our time together.

Saint Benedict Center is a very comfortable environment to practice stillness and listening to God’s heart.
